Frequently asked questions

When is construction supervision mandatory?

For buildings constructed under a building permit, the investor must appoint a supervising engineer. Fund and EU grant calls often require supervision for smaller works too, for example a final supervision report for larger heating systems.

Which area do you cover?

Mainly the City of Zagreb, Zagreb County and Sisak-Moslavina County, and further afield for larger projects.
