An energy performance certificate shows how much energy a building needs and which energy class it belongs to. We prepare it on the basis of an on-site energy audit, together with recommendations on how to reduce consumption.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need an energy certificate?
When selling, renting or leasing a property, for the technical inspection of a new building, and for most grant applications for energy renovation and renewable energy.
How long is a certificate valid?
An energy performance certificate is valid for ten years, provided the building does not change significantly in the meantime.
Do I need a certificate to apply for a heat pump grant?
Yes. Under the current call of the Croatian Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, the house must have an energy certificate and be in energy class C or better in continental Croatia, or B or better in coastal Croatia. The energy audit report must also be attached.
