What data we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through the form, we process your name or company name, email address and the content of your message. We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The enquiry is sent by email to elkon@elkon.hr and is not stored in the website database.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to communicate with you, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (for example when the enquiry leads to a contract).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Our website and email hosting provider has access to it solely to provide that service.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Fonts and other content are loaded from our own server, without external services. Cookies are only set by the content management system when an administrator logs in.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to elkon@elkon.hr. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
